Enrollment Procedure
Parents you will need the following in order to enroll your child: 1. Proof of residence 2. Up to date immunization shots 3. Birth Certificate. All other forms will be provided by us for you to fill out. Registration form must also be filled out.
Parents who do not know their school attendance zone should visit the Sacramento City Unified School District website at http://www.scusd.edu/ or call 916-643-9000.
